GoBabyGo

The story behind GoBabyGo

Fie Aspöck Jonsen founded GoBabyGo in 2013 because she was in need of products that could help improve her son Emil's motor skills. He was born two months premature after a severe case of pre-eclampsia and weighed only 1400 grams at his birth. Though he quickly caught up with other children his age, he had difficulties learning how to crawl.

She read everything she could find on the subject and consulted motor skill experts and paediatric physiotherapists. They agreed that all children will eventually crawl, stand and walk, but that the interesting part is the quality of it. It is all about giving your child the best conditions to conquer the world. With this knowledge and with the dream of creating a range of clothing that could help improve Emil's motor skills, she began developing the four products that make GoBabyGo's crawling range.

Their vision

The vision behind GoBabyGo is to develop products that can improve childrens motor skills, language and learning. They believe that most children, premature or not, will benefit from a little extra help and support, and therefore work hard to create unique products that will inspire to play, activity and just being together.

Their production

The GoBabyGo crawling range is designed in Denmark, produced in Lithuania and is of course Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified. It is the worlds leading certification for textiles, and it means that their products are testet for harmful substances and chemicals. Moreso they are tested to make sure that they have the right PH-value for our childrens sensitive skin.
