We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and our procedures for returns, exchanges, refunds, and your statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law.
1. Your 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the withdrawal period expires by:
- Using our online withdrawal function (where available); or

You may use the standard EU withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
2. Returning Products
After notifying us that you wish to withdraw from the contract, you must return the goods within 14 days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- the product is defective;
- the wrong item was delivered;
- applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
Altough not mandatory, we recommend using a tracked shipping service as we will only refund the item(s) once the goods well received and inspected on our end.
3. Condition of Returned Items
Products should be returned:
- in their original condition;
- with all accessories and manuals;
- where possible, in the original packaging.
You may inspect the product as you would in a physical retail store. However, if the product has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, or functioning, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value as permitted by applicable law.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after:
- receiving the returned goods
- Approved for refund after inspection of the product(s)
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless you expressly agree otherwise.
We will also reimburse the original standard delivery charges paid for the order. Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing expedited shipping are not refundable.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it.
Please include:
- your order number;
- photographs showing the issue;
- a brief description of the problem.
Where appropriate, we will offer:
- a replacement;
- a repair;
- a refund; or
- another remedy required under applicable consumer protection law.
We will cover reasonable return shipping costs for defective or incorrectly supplied products.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for online orders.
If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply where permitted by law, including but not limited to:
- personalised or custom-made products;
- goods made to your specifications;
- sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed;
- goods that become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery;
- perishable goods;
- digital content supplied electronically where you expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged that you would lose your withdrawal right.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your payment provider or card issuer.
- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
